Scope
This policy applies to artists, labels, rights holders, users and catalogues submitted to services operated by Aiming Music Group Ltd. It supplements the relevant client agreement and platform rules.
Prohibited conduct
You must not directly or indirectly:
- create or procure artificial or manipulated streams, views, saves, followers, pre-saves or engagement through bots, scripts, click farms, device farms, stream farms or coordinated inauthentic activity;
- buy guaranteed streams, paid or guaranteed editorial placement, undisclosed playlist payola, misleading playlist promotion or traffic known or reasonably suspected to be artificial;
- manipulate charts, platform recommendations, search results or audience data, or stream content primarily to generate royalties rather than genuine listening;
- upload material without all required rights, impersonate an artist, misuse a name or likeness, use uncleared samples or create an AI voice clone without the required consent;
- submit duplicate content, metadata spam, keyword stuffing, misleading public-domain claims or other deceptive catalogue information;
- misstate identity, ownership, licences, splits, tax or payment information, or make false copyright or royalty claims;
- commit chargeback abuse, royalty fraud, onboarding identity fraud, or use compromised accounts, payment instruments or proceeds of unlawful activity.
Detection and review
Platforms, distribution partners and Aiming may identify suspicious activity using reports, usage patterns, rights conflicts, account information and manual review. A flag is not necessarily a final finding. We may request evidence, investigate, temporarily restrict delivery or payment, and cooperate with digital services, distribution partners, industry bodies, payment providers and appropriate authorities where lawfully permitted.
Possible action
Action depends on the evidence, platform decision and applicable agreement. It may include a warning, investigation, rejection, release takedown, account restriction, suspension, termination, or reporting to a platform or appropriate authority.
Royalties reasonably connected with suspected activity may be held while investigated. Fraudulent revenue may be reversed or forfeited, and platform penalties or reasonably documented costs may be passed to the responsible client, only where the client agreement and applicable law permit. This policy does not create an automatic forfeiture of unrelated unpaid earnings.
Platform sanctions
Digital services apply their own artificial-streaming, content and fraud rules. They may remove tracks, exclude streams, withhold or reverse royalties, restrict recommendations, charge penalties or suspend accounts. Aiming cannot reverse an independent platform decision. Where the relevant client agreement and law allow, a sanction or fee attributable to a client's conduct may be reflected in that client's statements.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for marketing suppliers and campaigns they authorise. A third party calling activity “promotion” does not make artificial streaming acceptable. Tell us promptly if you identify suspicious traffic, a compromised account or a supplier making prohibited guarantees.
Review requests
A person affected by an Aiming decision may write to info@aimingmusicgroup.com with release links, campaign records and other supporting evidence. We will review relevant information, but cannot overturn an independent decision made by a platform or payment provider.
Reporting
Reports may be sent to info@aimingmusicgroup.com. Include the release or account, platform links, the activity observed and any supporting material. Do not obtain evidence through unlawful access or disclose sensitive personal data unnecessarily.
