What this policy covers
This policy explains how Aiming Music Group Ltd uses cookies and browser storage on aimingmusicgroup.com. Cookies are small files stored on a device. Browser storage can retain a preference without using a cookie.
Storage used
Strictly necessary storage supports site operation and remembers a preference you request. Optional analytics storage is used only after consent.
| Name | Provider | Category and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
aiming-analytics-consent | Aiming Music Group / first party | Necessary local storage. Records whether optional analytics was accepted or rejected. | Until cleared or changed |
_ga | Google Analytics / first-party cookie | Optional analytics. Distinguishes users for site measurement. | Up to 2 years by default, subject to browser limits |
_ga_* | Google Analytics / first-party cookie | Optional analytics. Persists session state for the relevant GA4 property. | Up to 2 years by default, subject to browser limits |
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you select “Accept analytics”. If accepted, Analytics may process pages viewed, approximate location, referral source, browser and device information. We enable IP anonymisation in our tag configuration.
GA4 event-level retention is controlled in the Analytics property settings. Google's standard GA4 properties support configured retention periods of 2 or 14 months, while aggregated reporting may be retained separately. Google may change its service, cookie behaviour and available retention settings.
Consent and changing your choice
Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent use of the public website. You can accept or reject from the banner and change the decision later using the “Cookie settings” control shown on the site.
Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics loading on later page views. You can also delete existing cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawal does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.
Third parties
If analytics is accepted, Google acts as an analytics provider and may process data in the United States and other countries. Google LLC states that it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, and also uses Standard Contractual Clauses where required. See Google's data transfer frameworks and Privacy Policy.
The public contact form uses EmailJS to transmit information you choose to submit. It does not send a form request merely because you view the page. The current form does not configure EmailJS rate-limit storage. Contact-form processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
